FAQ
What counts as a seat?
A developer whose pull requests Kairo reviews. Seats are counted from distinct PR authors across the repositories you enabled, so a teammate who never opens a PR does not take a seat. We never read your GitHub org membership.
Does the seat count change by itself?
Upwards, yes. When more people open pull requests than you have seats, Kairo adds the seats to match and prorates them onto your next invoice, so reviews are never blocked or dropped. It never removes seats on its own. If your team shrinks, lower the count yourself in Settings → Billing and the change takes effect next period.
What counts as a review?
One posted review on one push to a pull request. If Kairo fails to review a push, or skips it (for example, a draft PR or a path you excluded), nothing is counted or billed.
What counts as a line of code reviewed?
Every line added or removed in the diff Kairo reviews on a push. A push that Kairo fails or skips counts no lines, the same as it counts no review.
What happens if we go over?
Every seat adds 100 reviews and 25,000 lines of code reviewed a month to pools shared across your workspace, so a busy week on one team draws on the quieter ones. The two pools are metered separately: past the review pool, each further review is $0.30, and past the line pool, each further 1,000 lines is $1, both on the same invoice. Nothing stops working and no review is withheld.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings → Billing in the app. The current period stays active until it ends, and no further charges are made.
